“We have used James Rice at the Needham Market Mortgage centre for many years now, including 2 house moves and life insurance. James has always been brilliant and we would not go anywhere else. We trust and respect James' professional support and advice and felt we were fully supported on all applications and work completed. James is fantastic with his knowledge, professional and supportive approach, and nothing is too much to ask. We were kept up to update with everything and communication was always consistent and reliable. Once again thank you James.”

“What can I say….. Amazing! Dave and the guys at The Mortgage Centre were brilliant from start to finish. I was an extremely nervous first time buyer, who just happened to be self-employed, but Dave talked me through all my options and secured me a great deal. I can’t fault these guys and will definitely use them again in the future.”

“Graham Storey was absolutely fantastic. He was fast, friendly and couldn’t do more for me if he tried. My mortgage had complications due to the seller but he never hid anything, he was straight up about everything and would never say something that wasn’t necessary. Absolutely superb”

“I have now used IMC, and specifically William Holden on my first two property moves. First time around, he explained everything, talked me through it, and basically held my hand from start to finish- which was mega for a first time buyer. Second time around, Will proved to be an even better dab hand. It was as messy of house move, and mortgage complications would have drove me to insanity had it not been for Will's professionalism, understanding and sheer determination to get it done. I can only rate IMC out of five, but to be frank, that doesn't go far enough to say just how brilliant Will was for us and our move. With buying and selling, everyone has an agenda but for Will, he was simply working for our best interests, and advising us accordingly. Couldn't recommend highly enough. CB”
