“We had the privilege of dealing with Kathryn Hailes for several years. Although the wait for a house was agonising; she never missed an opportunity to check in on us and keep us constantly informed. Unfortunately she has since left, but left us in the more than capable hands of Suzanne Warnes who saw us through the rest of our journey! We did however catch Kathryn before her departure and inform her of our good news! Overall it was a very pleasant experience! And well worth the money. They have stated many times that they are here to support us even after brokering the deal with our lender. What more can you ask for.”

“Exceptional Service I have been working with Calvin Liles at Ipswich Mortgage Centre for over 18 months due to our house purchase being stuck in a probate nightmare. This necessitated 3 separate mortgage offers. Each time Calvin was able to secure us the best rate available on the market at the time. He also secured us great buildings and life insurance. Calvin provided exceptional service and was never overly pushy or sales focused. Calvin was always on hand to give me friendly, honest, and helpful advice as we dealt with set-back after set-back and his communication throughout the process was excellent. I found Calvin to be professional and extremely knowledgeable about the mortgage market and would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone and will certainly be in touch when it is time for our re-mortgage.”

“We used Kenton at Ipswich Mortgage Centres for our first house purchase. Kenton and everyone were extremely helpful, patient and more than happy to answer all questions (of which there were many as a FTB). Kenton was especially patient with our multiple failed house purchases during the process. Kenton got us a great rate and overall deal in a timely fashion. We know we can count on them to get us the best rate when our fixed term is up. Would highly recommend anyone looking at mortgage brokers to use Ipswich Mortgage Centre. Thanks again!”

“Myself and my Mum went to Needham Mortgage Centre and we were very concerned as we had an idea but didn't really know how to achieve it! However, after a recommendation we contacted Needham Mortgage Centre and were put into the brilliant hands of Rachel. She was very helpful, reassuring and supported us the whole way through. Everything was sorted with great professionalism and they always on the ball. Everything went through so quick. We can't thank you enough. Would highly recommend.”
