“I was getting very concerned about interest rate rises as my fixed rate term came to an end but Alison worked wonders and not only found a good deal for me, when a better one came along she helped me take advantage of that, giving me peace of mind for a further 5 years. Can't recommend highly enough!”

“When the mortgage interest rates rose, I panicked and was struggling to pay my mortgage increase. Thankfully my parents recommended their mortgage advisor (Rachel) who works at Needham Mortgage Centre, Rachel found me an amazing mortgage product which is much more affordable and the whole service, experience and information was delivered smoothly and professionally. “Highly Recommend I have dealt with the ipswich mortgage centre for my last two House purchases and mortgages needed and am in the process of dealing with the again. I have always found them professional and very responsive to queries. Graham in particular has been super helpful. Clearly explaining the process and steps along the way also arranging life insurance. I have since recommend family to use their services. Would not hesitate to recommend”

“Absolutely impeccable service worth every penny I cannot express my gratitude enough to Mark Gardiner. He has been absolutely brilliant every step of the process. His advice was sound, his responsiveness was beyond impeccable and he genuinely made light work of what I thought was going to be a difficult process for my first mortgage with a slightly difficult financial background. He got me a mortgage straight away with a high street lender because his knowledge of the market is fantastic. Application was sent on the Thursday morning and I had a full offer from my lender by Monday evening. So impressed and will continue to use Mark and Needham Mortgage Centre. Thank you thank you thank you.”

“After being told by an independent mortgage advisor that I could not have a mortgage to buy my dad's council house for various reasons, I contacted Stowmarket Mortgage Centre. I spoke to a lady called Suzane Warnes and after half an hour she got me a mortgage in principle! After that, it was all plain sailing and Suzanne obtained me a mortgage through Barclays Bank at a very reasonable rate. The whole process was stress-free and Suzanne kept me up to date all the way through. I didn't have to chase her for anything - she was right on the button every time. If I had listened to the first mortgage advisor I contacted I would still be renting. So glad I contacted Stowmarket Mortgage Centre and I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of going for a mortgage.”

“My mortgage advisor was called Nick (Nicholas). This was the first time buying a house and he made the process so much smoother. He helped me find a cracking deal and then when my 2 years was about to end, he helped me find another deal. It wasn’t easy because I had help to buy but he took the time to listen to me and answer my questions and I couldn’t have asked for a nicer guy. Thank you for all your help :)”
