“I have recently been pleased with my purchases from here and the quality though I can't say I am 100% happy with the service.
One of the items came damaged and I emailed about it and messaged them on Facebook and didn't get a reply. I ended up waiting 4 days and messaging again and got given an email address to send pictures to, I never got a reply but got surprised by a replacement through the post within a week.
Overall I would definitely order them from again but the last of communication leaves a little to be desired.”
“The delivery of my two LED lights was prompt and they came very well packaged. I had to contact the shop because the little lights turned out not to be dimmable contrary to what it said on the website. They were very friendly and reverted by saying they're not dimmable indeed. They offered for me to return them which I didn't do in the end as I wanted to keep one nonetheless, and one I gave away. I just hope they adjusted their website information.”
