“The notebook I ordered didn't open as flat as I wanted, but the journal shop were very quick to respond and offered options including to return the notebook. So I definitely appreciate their customer service, which is also a real person.. even better. I will be returning to their shop in the future.”

“So happy with this journal!! The fact that it is undated worked out perfectly for me, and I love the little stickers it came with. Colour scheme is perfect and it’s a good size journal to take around with you. Couldn’t be happier!”

Hi Lesley Thanks for your question. Eco leather isn't classed as vegan - it's actually a combination of leather scraps and offcuts. Using these offcuts reduces the demand for virgin leather and the harmful production process it requires, hence the eco friendly movement behind it. I hope this is helpful and answers your question.
