EDIT, now that I can find the button to let me do so: TJS fixed it! They got an English Hobonichi out to me which is more than satisfactory. From what has been described to me through email, there was an error with the ordering of them from the supplier, which resulted in the mixup. Thanks!

Dear RK Thank you for your review. I am glad to hear that delivery was timely, but very sorry indeed to hear that there is a problem with the Hobonichi Cousin itself. We will need to contact you to find out what the issue is, but as we have recently discovered that we received the Japanese Cousin rather than the English/International Cousin, I suspect the issue you have experienced may be to do with the language of the pages. If so, we are sincerely sorry for this and apologise for letting you down. Assuming the language of the planner is in fact the issue, the good news is that we are liaising with Hobonichi and expect to have English language Cousins arriving in due course. However we will of course contact you to confirm the exact nature of the issue with your item and find the right solution that works for you. I understand the concern you may feel at not being able to access the product page you used to purchase. Product pages are typically usually taken down if a product is no longer available. We normally retain those pages for a period of time so that we can provide ongoing support for customers who have purchased the item, so please rest assured we can access that product information page and provide it for you. More recently however we have taken down items which were on pre-order (this includes Hobonichi) to avoid overselling. For context we have a new inventory management system which syncs inventory information from our warehouse's system, to our ERP and to our website. As you can imagine the more links there are the more scope there is for teething errors in a new system and unfortunately we have found that the stock figures for some products sometimes fall out of sync. To avoid the risk of overselling, a product page may be temporarily suspended while the issue is resolved. We are working on a fix for this issue and for the time being have also build in a stock buffer which hopefully will mitigate the issue in some cases.
