Hi Ela, Thank you for your recent order and for choosing our pharmacy to dispense your medication. I am glad to hear that you are satisfied with the treatment received and I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. From reviewing your account I can see that you completed an online consultation for this product after our dispatch cut-off time on the 28th of March, the day before Good Friday. The order was reviewed the next working day after the Easter period and following the resolution of a query the order was dispatched on your chosen standard 2-3 working day delivery service. I can see that the parcel was delivered promptly two days after it was dispatched however we are keen to learn how your experience may have been improved and our support team have contacted you directly to learn more and provide further support.

After ordering my cream and paying for fast delivery as i needed it urgently , then showing proof for why I needed it. The pharmacist took 2 days to email me to say say the proof is there and accepted. I do need it however out of the two creams I could use. I choose a stronger one. Therefore without bothering to contact me to ask questions why or simple fact that just because its the stronger of the 2 options meaning its a correct treatment still. He declined my order altogether. So now I've had 2 more days of my infection symptoms to deal with and with it spreading for him to decide to cancel on a person for simply his preferred option . Of course he wants me to pay for the more expensive one as well ! Never using them again. A waste of my time and money So much for Consulting when he didn't even bother to speak to me before putting the refund through. Its not although I ordered the wrong thing. What's the point of the service if that's how they do it .

Hi Dani. I am sorry to hear that your experience with us has not lived up to your expectations and we were unable to provide your requested treatment on this occasion. Upon checking your order details I can see that your order was received after 4pm on Friday 19th April, therefore your order was reviewed by our team and you were contacted the next available working day on Monday 22nd April. When reviewing your consultation our clinical team could see that the requested treatment would not be suitable on this occasion due to the intended area of use, Our clinical team was able to recommend a treatment with a a different treatment more appropriate for the area you wanted to treat. As you did not wish to proceed with the recommendation, the order was cancelled and refunded in full. Our support team have contacted you directly should you wish to discuss this matter further.

I have been trying to unsubscribe from this service for months. Numerous attempts - none successful, so I keep getting bombarded with unwanted emails.

I placed an order and paid for it but was advised that the item I ordered wasn't suitable for my condition. They suggested another item which was even more expensive and I declined to order this as I felt it was too much to pay. I was advised that I would be refunded but am still waiting for my refund. I've had to go back and chase this and was asked to send a screenshot of my bank statement as evidence! Totally unacceptable that it's taking so long to get a refund. Won't be using this company again

Was sent a different Hydrocortisone cream, one that I already have and doesn’t work for me, I could have got the same cream sent cheaper !

I used to use Independent Pharmacy for period pain and migraines and hayfever but now I will no longer do so. I tried to order paracetamol as I injured my leg and they sent me a email declining my order and treated me like a drug addicted school girl when I am not. I will go elsewhere.

Given the nature of the products that we provide, we understandably want to ensure deliveries are sent using reputable couriers, that offer tracked and insured services so that your medication is received in the condition intended, to the right patient. The benefits of this allow us to email you as soon as your item has been collected by the courier with a tracking number which you can use to follow the progress of your parcel on its way to you. After checking the tracking I can see that your item was successfully delivered and signed for on the 8th February to your nominated delivery address with photographic proof of delivery available. Hi Bo Thank you for getting in touch The treatment you have purchased contains the active ingredient imiquimod (5%) and is currently in very high demand which the manufacturer is struggling to keep up with. So that there is no disruption to your treatment, we have sourced a branded, more expensive product which contain this active ingredient made by another manufacturer. This is a very common situation in pharmacy so that there is continuity of treatment. We do always ensure that the medication provided will give you the same effective treatment, is the same quantity strength and dose. We do advise all of our patients at the time of this happening to keep you informed, however our support team have contacted you directly to help reassure you and provide guidance on using the product to obtain the results you need.

Feels like a Scam outfit: Phoned and had confirmed they had Imiquimod cream in stock so paid £7.50 for next day delivery of my prescription Confirmed receipt in less than 20 hours. Thereafter nothing despite a few phone calls where Holly and Ruby who speak beautifully just give out rubbish information and never manage the return phone calls that are promised. so after 2 weeks I have given up and asked for my prescription to be posted back to me. Given their existing track record I dont suppose I will ever see the prescription again. Guess they have some kind of Scam going as their site states they have the medication at £80 a pack. Avoid like the plague.
