“Was suffering from ear infections (prone to them). The first appointment available at my GP was 2 weeks away, 5 days after we were going on holiday. I completed the questionnaire as required. The request was reviewed & agreed. I had my ear drops the next day. Ear infection cleared by the time we went on holiday.”
