Feels like a Scam outfit: Phoned and had confirmed they had Imiquimod cream in stock so paid £7.50 for next day delivery of my prescription Confirmed receipt in less than 20 hours. Thereafter nothing despite a few phone calls where Holly and Ruby who speak beautifully just give out rubbish information and never manage the return phone calls that are promised. so after 2 weeks I have given up and asked for my prescription to be posted back to me. Given their existing track record I dont suppose I will ever see the prescription again. Guess they have some kind of Scam going as their site states they have the medication at £80 a pack. Avoid like the plague.

I have try many times to contact your company but no one responds. I have sent off my blood samples on the 27.November 2023 still didn’t receive my results. I did get a email from you which was not helpful at all. So can you chase it up please.

The test you have completed was sent back to the lab directly for analysis, and sometimes this can take a few days to ensure that the results are accurate. Well where do I start i toke the tablet as directed after about 40 minutes went all hot and got flustered come up with a red face got hard couldn’t cum and went into limp mode and wouldn’t work talk about 4 hours barely went 20 minutes ruined my night

I have sent two mails regarding item not been received 😐 still no reply..so have asked for refund! Not good service at all ! Maybe fake!

I am sorry to hear that you have not yet been able to locate your parcel, and for any inconvenience caused. We do aim to reply to all of our patients queries well within 4 working hours of a message being received and, after checking your account I can see that you have emailed our support team. From the messages received we have responded within less than 2 working hours to each but unfortunately I am unable to trace a reply to our messages. However, after speaking with you we were able to confirm with you that Royal Mail had delivered your parcel safely on the 2nd November and have provided you with the tracking information available. Our support team have contacted you again to make sure you have been able to locate your parcel and that you are happy with the contents.

After checking the tracking information for your parcel, I can see that the parcel was delivered successfully on the 5th October 2023, the next working day that your order was placed. As soon as we did receive this, I can see that you were sent a link to pay for the item and following this, we ordered your treatment from our supplier and received this shortly afterwards. I was pleased to see that as soon as your item arrived, this was promptly dispatched. However based on the feedback you have kindly provided we are now reviewing how we order treatments for all of our patients to help ensure any delay in waiting for this to arrive is minimised to avoid any disruption to your treatment. You are also welcome to use Healthera to request your treatment directly from your surgery to make obtaining your treatment even more straightforward and have updates sent directly to your phone or device. Our support team have contacted you directly to help answer any further queries that you may have.

We have worked with a local specialist firm to design and procure our packaging that meets our very specific demands and ensure that your treatment arrives in the condition intended by the manufacturer, to give you the best results possible. After checking your account I can see that you placed an order for a number of packs of treatment of medication and, to ensure that these reached you in the condition required, we have chosen packaging which was suitable for the items to resist any possible damage in transit. Hi Mohd Thank you for leaving your review, we love to hear from all of our patients at this helps us know the treatments which really help ease the symptoms that they are designed to treat. Permethrin is an extremely popular and clinically proven treatment that our patients rate highly, achieving a rating of 4.56 out of 5. The cream is a topical scabies treatment. It works by killing the mites that cause a scabies infection and usually only requires one application to completely clear the mites. For the best results; Permethrin cream should be applied to cool, dry skin. Do not apply the cream to broken skin or immediately after a hot bath or shower. Once applied, the cream should be left on for at least 8 hours and washed off with soap and water within 12 hours. You should re-apply Permethrin Cream to the hands if they are washed with soap and water within 8 hours of applying the treatment. Normally, a single application of the cream is enough to clear a scabies infection. However, sometimes, there is a chance that there is a second treatment would be required should some lice have hatched after the initial treatment, or there is a secondary infection.  It is also worth considering that everyone in the household will require treatment to help ensure the infection is eradicated.  Should a further treatment not be successful; you may wish to speak with your GP to discuss your symptoms in more detail.  We do always want patients to be happy with the treatment received, and therefore our support team have contacted you directly to help further.

We have tried to make this clear on the website so that you know the minimum expenditure for free delivery. I do understand that you may want to increase the number of items that you purchase to increase the value of the basket. Each order is reviewed by a member of our clinical team because as a fully regulated online pharmacy, we want to ensure that all medication that we provide is safe, effective, and appropriate for our patients thus use a series of clinical guidelines to ensure a consistent decision is made for all of our patients. These clinical guidelines are regularly reviewed to ensure we offer the best advice possible to you, and as a result of the feedback you have provided has been shared with our clinical lead and, will be discussed at our next clinical meeting to understand if the number of Gaviscon Double Action Tablets that we provide in one transaction can be increased. Hi Gary Thank you for getting in touch, I am sorry to hear that Sildenafil has not been as effective as you required and want to help you find a solution. There are a few reasons why Sildenafil may not be effective, as these drugs improve blood flow in the penis if blood flow is impeded for any reason this can affect the effectiveness of the drugs and there are several reasons blood flow could be impeded; Fatigue and alcohol consumption can interfere with arousal, and whilst the medications enable you physically, to gain an erection there still needs to be sexual arousal/desire. If this is lacking then an erection may not be achieved. There are some medical conditions which affect blood flow - in the same way that narrowing of blood vessels in the heart can cause a heart attack, narrowing of blood vessels in the penis can cause erectile dysfunction (ED). If these medicines aren't working it may be worth talking to your GP about your general vascular health. Have you discussed your general health and your sexual health with your GP recently? An alternative product that we do supply is Vitaros cream, and you can find it on our website here: https://www.theindependentpharmacy.co.uk/erectile-dysfunction-ed/vitaros-cream. This works differently to Sildenafil so may be more effective for you and give the results you were expecting. Our support team have contacted you directly to help resolve this for you.

I was travelling at short notice and had no time to refill my HRT prescription. You fulfilled my order within 24 hours which was really helpful to me at that time. However now I have started to use the patches supplied by yourselves I find they do not stick. Each one I apply falls off within 24 hours. Are they out of date? I have never had this problem with the NHS supplied patches. I am out of the UK for another month which means I will run out of patches.

I am sorry to hear that you are having some difficulty with the patches which you have purchased. Evorel Conti patches are a very popular treatment that scores 4.9 out of 5 stars as rated by our patients, and I wanted to apologise if you have not had this experience when using them. Given the nature of your feedback, our clinical lead has provided some further advice that might help; Ensure your hands have been washed and are therefore free from any lotion, oils, or powder. Swab the intended area (to place your patch) with an alcohol swab/alcohol to remove any lotion, oils, or powder and allow the area to fully dry for 5-10 minutes. Ensure that you position your patch in an area unlikely to be displaced by clothing or creased from frequent body movement (such as  the lower abdomen or on the buttocks below the underwear line) Press and spread the patch out firmly with the palm of your hand and use a hairdryer to gently heat up the patch on your skin for 10-15 seconds; before firmly pressing down on the patch with the palm of your hand again. The clinical team has advised that there can be differences in an individual's skin response to adhesive products (like plasters) and you may find that you encounter similar issues using alternative treatments.  You may wish to consider using additional film plasters to hold the patches in place. I was presribed a cream for Rosacea Mirvaso which is very dangerous and turned my face bright red. This effect is still ongoing despite stopping using the treatment.

As an online pharmacy, we will only source medication from responsible and reputable suppliers, often the same as the traditional high street pharmacies, that is new and safely sealed by the manufacturer. Mirvaso is also a clinically proven, widely used and well-renowned safe treatment for the symptoms that you have described in your constellation. Naproxen is a well-known, clinically proven powerful painkiller belonging to a family of medicines known as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. It is used to relieve muscular and joint pain, such as arthritis, as this normally also involves some sort of inflammation. Due to this, our patients have rated this as 4.84 out of 5 across more than 340 reviews. Naproxen 500mg is a prescription-strength anti-inflammatory and painkiller. It’s stronger than over-the-counter treatments such as ibuprofen and aspirin. Naproxen and diclofenac have similar effects, although Naproxen is thought to carry less risk of side effects.
