“I was recommended by 2 people to go through you, because your communication/advise and quickly delivery were amazing. I have tried to contact via phone and email as I'm after advise and all you do when I email is copy and paste links. Irrelevant to what my query is. Can't get through on the phone either 'we are currently experiencing high call volumes at and unable to take calls' Since when is that the consumers problem? It's been like this for at least 6wks. I'd like actual advise from an actual pharmacist to answer my concerns/queries. The product itself I cannot fault just the absolute appalling lack of service from the provider.”

“My 1st time experience with this pharmacy, The process was easy to request what I needed. I had to answer questions about my condition then send photos & wait until the doctor had reviewed it. By the next day I was approved for my prescription & ordered it. Delivery was quick Thank you”

“Placed an order in the morning that was no longer required in the afternoon. Having not already received a "dispatched" email informed Independent Pharmacy via the "Message Support" button in the order to cancel the order. 25 minutes later I received a "Order Dispatched Confirmation" email with no reference to my earlier order cancellation.”

In recent weeks we have experienced significantly increased volumes and unfortunately we have been unable to reply to all support requests as quickly as usual. For this reason we were unable to intercept your request to cancel your order in the short time between you sending your request and the order being dispatched as it was already being packed in our Warehouse when you first messaged us. I can see that our Customer Services Team have already replied to you offering a resolution last Friday.
