“The Independent Pharmacy outclassed at least two of their competitors in at least one respect. The item I bought (an ear spray) had recently been rebranded, and the old name (Otomize) dropped. Two other online pharmacies got totally thrown by this, accepting my order (and taking my money) only to decide they hadn't actually got it in stock (and refunding in due course). This company was the first which I found which had kept up to date (and updated their website accordingly). My only minus was that the tracking was still showing the item as not having been collected by the carrier even when it was delivered, and this had me wondering what they were up to. But in fact it arrived in good time, and so they don't lose a star.”
