“I can't find fault with ordering and the speed of delivery, both were fine. However, the price of the medication has risen considerably since my last order. From £53 to £70 in less than 12mths. I will be reluctant next time and probably deal with my GP for future requests. I understand it's a quicker service, but it is getting too expensive now.”

“After an initial hiccup the product arrived as expected. I found the product I needed, scanned my ID and suchlike and it was all okay. The next morning I woke up to an email stating my ID had failed verification. When logging in to work out what the pharmacy were on about they had changed me from being the actual person I am and details I provided (which matched my ID!) to being someone else with the same name, but 50 years older, 2 ft shorter and weighing 35 stone! I've no idea why they did that but it was sorted with a single phone call in the morning.”
