Item arrived super fast the advice given was excellent filling in my details was so easy ( for me to say that (I'm 1st to admit) im thick) a 3 Yr old could do it so yes I WOULD RECCOMEND totally private and confidential packaging WELL DONE to all concerned

Unwell with a severe sore throat contacted The independent pharmacy for a consultation I sent all the relevant information they advised me I didn't warrant antibiotics but in 6 hours it had turned to a cold/ hacking cough bringing up green phlegm aching all over left with nothing, Independent pharmacy had advised I should get back to them if I had any concerns, I sent them more photos and an update and I have just been advised 30 hours later by the Independent pharmacy to see my GP. I must admit I feel very let down when one is unwell and no one is around I thought this may be a lifeline when the GP is unavaliable. Working in the NHS 28 years and now a Care Home Manager - fortunately I have never been treated like this before. .

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I am sorry to see that we were unable to fulfil your order on this occasion. Within our clinical guidelines as a remote service we use a validated rating scale to assess the need for antibiotics and the symptoms that you reported did not suggest that antibiotics would have been needed as there would have been a low probability of this being a bacterial condition. I can see that following the refund of your order you reached out with further information on your symptoms over the weekend and appreciate you providing the update on your condition. As we are not an emergency or 24/7 service we are closed over the weekend and were unable to respond until this week however I can see that our clinical team promptly replied on Monday. On review of the totality of your consultation and the additional information provided the clinical team assessed that nothing that you reported suggested an urgent need for antibiotics as it sounded as if you may have an upper respiratory infection that presented with mild to moderate symptoms which would be likely to improve with rest and recuperation. However we referred you back to the care of your GP for further assistance as we are limited by what we can do as a fully remote service and you may have been able to receive more support through this route.

They independent pharmacy was really good sent my order quickly could find fault with them at all, but the delivery service was very poor my parcel was left next door at there back door out side in the rain the box was wet ,good job the were aerosol's , the address on the parcel was correct, it was the deliverer who was at fault
