“I am pleased that the Pharmacy makes a check on the medicine a client is taking before issuing the requested product. Delivery is usually prompt although this time Royal Mail sent the product to Newquay instead of Falmouth so there was a short delay. I was well informed by Royal Mail about their mistake.”
