From reviewing your account I can see that you completed an online consultation for this product after our dispatch cut-off time on the 28th of March, the day before Good Friday. The order was reviewed the next working day after the Easter period and following the resolution of a query the order was dispatched on your chosen standard 2-3 working day delivery service. I can see that the parcel was delivered promptly two days after it was dispatched however we are keen to learn how your experience may have been improved and our support team have contacted you directly to learn more and provide further support.

“honestly insane. cleared my very small but frustrating amount of acne within days. very drying for first two weeks but got so much better - i still have dry patches now but just use a good moisturiser! deffo buy if you’ve tried everything else. thank you duac 😌🙏”
