Hi Gerwyn Thank your recent review. We value all feedback from our customers as it allows us to continue to improve in providing safe and effective treatment for our patients. As a fully regulated online pharmacy, all of the treatments provided are brand new when dispatched and therefore our prices are representative across the market. I wanted to let you know that we use the same suppliers as many of the high street pharmacies, and always want to ensure our pricing remains competitive. We have tried to make the pricing on our website as open and transparent as possible, and at a number of stages throughout the order process the price for the item is clearly shown, as well as at the checkout and emailed order confirmation you receive. However I do understand that prices do fluctuate, therefore we are more than happy to price match the items you may be considering purchasing if you have found them cheaper elsewhere. All we ask is that you provide the competitor's name or the online link to their specific product page and we will then review the information provided and update you via email, regarding the next steps. After reviewing your recent order with us, I can see that your order was reviewed by a pharmacist approved and dispatched the next working day following your order being placed. The item was then delivered using your chosen courier service (standard delivery) the next working day and from the order being placed to when the item was delivered successfully the total time taken was less than 5 days. I would be grateful if you could let me know how we could have improved, so that I can try to ensure we live up to your expectations for any future orders and look forward to hearing from you.

“This was the first time I'd used The Independent Pharmacy and I must say I was delighted. The website was clear and user-friendly, so ordering was no problem. The postage costs were reasonable and I got what I wanted very quickly. What's not to like !”

“Always so easy to order anything fron The Independent Pharmacy. Products are always a good price & there is always a good selection. You can choose if you want the product delivered sooner rather than later, which you pay extra for, but if you are not in a rush it is free delivery as long as you spend over a certain amount, which I always go for. Excellent service, would definitely recommend.”

“Have made an enquiry I then tried to cancel as my gp sent my prescription instead. I even talked to someone on line. But to no avail. Nothing I could do to cancel.”
