“I get a recurring ear infection that requires prescription antibiotics. It's quite painful and so the sooner I can get the medication the better, from my perspective. Getting a doctor's appointment, visiting the surgery, getting the prescription filled generally takes days and sometimes a few weeks. Using The Independent Pharmacy I was able to get my medication delivered to my home within a day of filling in the online form! I really appreciate the speed of this compared to the traditional route. I will definitely use The Independent Pharmacy again and recommend them - a really great service!”

“I did not receive my order I made a small mistake on delivery address Independent Pharmacy refused to hold at sorting office to allow me to collect Basingstoke then asked again for Bristol SO still no assistance hence I wasted £148,99 with no empathy from your costumer service dept I will not be using Independent Pharmacy not that you guys cvare about that , but you requested a review from me not me about your company!”
