We were sorry to hear that your parcel was so heavily delayed and have investigated your concerns. As soon as you alerted us to this issue we conducted a thorough investigation, and it became quickly apparent that there was an issue within the delivery chain of your item not linked to us directly which has caused this issue, and this was not caused by a parcel being incorrectly addressed by ourselves. Our Customer Services Manager has already reached out to you privately with a resolution and will be picking this up with our account manager at Royal Mail. Please note we have a dedicated Customer Service Team who are always available to help in the first instance with queries regarding orders, and we send out a follow-up email shortly after a parcel has been dispatched to check everything has been ok with your order, which you can respond to if you experience any issues. This helps us ensure that any problems with orders can be resolved promptly.
