“Fast fashion quality for premium prices. My partner works in high end fashion and also knows how to sew. He was gagged at how cheap the quality of the garments were for the price. You really shouldn’t be calling yourself a “sustainable” or slow fashion brand just because you’re using low grade cotton for your materials. The size chart was also wildly off. I wear a pretty standard UK 10/US 6 across many brands (Lucy and yak, kitri studio, closet mod, for example) but trusted the size chart would be accurate when I sized up to a 12. I couldn’t even get the pants on. Disappointed. This brand is all marketing, pretending to be a quality brand.”

“I bought jeans from the hippie shake in size I wear normally any pants but they are too tight in thighs and incorrectly sewn. I'm disappointed by the high prices of items even after discounts like not only most of the things are made out of polyester and artifical material but also very expensive. Its ridiculous how they call the shop "the hippie shake" while the hippies were never rich and used to wear cheap clothes”
