I’m really sorry to hear your parcel took longer than expected to arrive. We do our best to offer different shipping options to get everything out as quickly as possible, but once it’s with the courier, we don’t have much control over the timing—sometimes it’s down to the local depot or delivery drivers.

“I have had this product before so I know that it is good. However, 8 days later and I have not yet received the product due to delays with Evri who in my opinion are awful. I also have no idea when I will have this product delivered as Evri tracking still says "On its way".”

We actually trialed Evri because we wanted to offer a faster and more affordable shipping option for our customers. Unfortunately, they didn’t meet our expectations either, and we've decided to stick with Royal Mail for the time being to ensure better reliability.
