“Seasonal Beard Oil & Beard Balm: Summer - on receiving this and giving it a try I found it was way too strong for me personally and i might not actually be able to use it. No problem - raising this as an issue, Lloyd very promptly and reasonably resolved the problem and I'll now have Alfriston Rose Geranium and Bergamot Beard Oil and Balm. I've used this one several times and, though it's a little more expensive, love everything about it. I have to say that, for me, the big plus coming out of this is the refreshing and timely way that the issue was dealt with and that gives me every confidence in coming back to Brighton Beard Co, at least as long as I have my beard which may well be several more years! All in all, everything good and I would recommend BB Co. without reservation.”
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback - this is quite an unusual concern as we use only essential oils to fragrance our products, nothing synthetic and although normally good for the day, it's unlikely to last into the next - this being said, different scents react differently to each and every person so what may be strong and over powering for could be subtle for another.
Sorry that it did not meet your expectations on this occasion, we can look at exchanging this for you if thats what you'd prefer, I'd like to supply a returns label just so I can be sure that the product is correct and there hasn't been any mistakes with dosing.
