It is interesting that you have asked me for a review when I am struggling to get a response from your company. I doubt I will get on with the Balm because you have sent me Oil despite a plcture of the Balm I ordered on the order form you have Emailed to me confirming that it had been posted. I ordered the Balm because the tin I bought from you before has just about runout. Any chance you can do the right thing and send me my Balm you can gladly have the unopened Oil back???

I have not received it yet even though it was ordered on the 13th. Very poor service I'm afraid.

Product hasn’t turned up after a week & they keep asking me to review it. I have emailed them, no response, messsged via the shop app, no response. So here’s my review No idea if it’s any good, but I know they charged me £16 & haven’t bothered to respond.

Hi Mark Sorry the review requests have come through before the products arrived - we always send out the post the same or next day but unfortunately sometimes Royal Mail let us down and delivery outside the 1-2 day delivery time. We completely understand it's frustrating when parcels don't turn up when expected. We try our hardest to get orders out to our customers as quickly as possible. You spoke to my colleague and we are getting this sent out to you with tracked delivery so it will be with you soon. We pride ourselves on our customer service, so I'm really sorry no one got back to you sooner! I will have a look into that as we usually reply the same day if it's within the week. I sent this reply to this company's email 3 days ago, and today they sent another email begging for a review of their product. GUYS, I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT YET. Hi Dave, So sorry about this - royal mail are normal pretty good with delivery times - I would have expected this to have been with you a bit quicker! As you can imagine our review emails are fully automated. Sorry if this caused any frustrations - I have checked the tracking and it says its now been delivered. I'm sure you'll enjoy your products, thanks for taking the time to write you review - obviously we don't want negative reviews but theres always something to be learnt from them. My order, placed on the 15th December, did not arrive and I am yet to receive a reply to my email to you dated 22 December. I tried calling this morning and no one answered either. Shahinaz Mahdi

Hi Lisa, As you I'm sure you know royal mail have been striking on and of for a while now and unfortunately this has caused huge delays their end - we used them for 10 years without problem, even through a global pandemic - strikes at the busy time of year and the disregard for small business's and they're customers means that in future we'll be looking at alternatives - striking over black Friday is outrageous, the single busiest day of the year. sorry that this has effected you and hoping your product has since arrived! if not give me a shout.
