We do our best to offer different shipping options to get everything out as quickly as possible, but once it’s with the courier, we don’t have much control over the timing—sometimes it’s down to the local depot or delivery drivers.

“The product was received with the flip cap open and some of the contents had leaked out. It was a present and we didn't have time to send it back. So we closed the cap and cleaned it up. Sure the recipient won't be able to tell that the contents aren't as they should be. But disappointing.”

Hi Dawn, As you I'm sure you know royal mail have been striking on and of for a while now and unfortunately this has caused huge delays their end - we've used them for 10 years without problem, even through a global pandemic - strikes at the busy time of year and the disregard for small business's and they're customers means that in future we'll be looking at alternatives - striking over black Friday is outrageous, the single busiest day of the year. Sorry that this has effected you and hoping your product has since arrived! if not give me a shout.
