I've been using the beard shampoo and balm for a few years now, after being gifted some.
I can honestly say every product I've used is fantastic, and amongst the best I've tried, including the accessories.
So much so that I've bought numerous gifts for friends and families, including washbags and combs.
I've never experienced an issue, so never needed to contact Customer Service, but every order is dispatched quickly and packed carefully, within a day of ordering.

“I used the Alfriston beard balm for quite a long time a few years ago but changed to a natural oil but have now gone back to it and I’m so glad I have. It does a great job and my curly, thick and easily dried out beard. It keeps my beard soft and healthy and also smells great. It is more expensive than other balms but a little bit goes a long way so it lasts a long time.”
