“Absolutely stellar customer service from Alex and his team! Alex responded to quickly to enquires, made excellent suggestions and guided the process every step of the way. The Branded Company produced reasonably priced, high quality, beautifully branded merch on a very tight deadline for our academic conference. The bags, notebooks and pens were all a huge hit with attendees--many remarked on the quality of the items as being superior to the usual conference freebies. Highly recommend this company!”

“If I could give more stars then I would! I ordered a bulk amount of company branded bucket hats, the hats are brilliant and I cannot wait to share them with my team! Lennon Stephenson has been such a great help through out the whole process of making an order, no ask has been to big, I have been picky and had to make changes, but Lennon has been absolouty fantastic, I would highly reccomend The Branded Company and would highly recceomend Lennon to anyone who wanted help with making an order. Overall my experience has been 10/10”

“I ordered some golf puchese from the Branded Gift Company and the product I received was fantastic. Later down the line they were also able to assist with a very last minute order. I dealt with Chet Patel and he was a total prffessional unfased by my panicked email that i needed more. i would definitly recommend using them and i will certainly be in touch in the future”

“I’m a new customer with this company and I recently made a purchase of 250 pens for a charity event. The customer service I received was excellent. I liaised with Lou O’ Keefe via telephone and email . His patience , understanding , help and professionalism was first class. He gave a guaranteed delivery date with a 1 hour time slot and the product arrived as scheduled. I am so happy with the pens, they are great quality and the artwork is crystal clear. I highly recommend this company and they will be my ‘go to’ for any future projects.”
