“Used the comapny lasy year and the were really good, went to order some new souvinrs for our shop, and we were told that we would hear back asap, a month down the line, have heard nothing- tried to email them but emails kept boucing back. Phoned up and was told that the man that was dealing with my order had left. ( no one had emailed to informed this to us) was given a different email and still bounced back.This has wasted alot of valuble time.”

“I needed tote bags with the logo of our organisation printed on them for sale/publicity purposes. Communication with The Branded Company was extremely fast and efficient and the 'virtual sample' provided gave an excellent representation resulting in me placing an order. The tote bags arrived within the agreed deadline and the results were outstanding, I certainly recommend The Branded Company and will be using their services again in the future.”

“Steve Worthy was really helpful throughtout the process of purchasing our laser engraved bamboo phone stands, ensuring we got a sample first, making sure the logo was correct and suited to the item and promptly responding to any questions I had. The merchandise arrived in good time and we are really happy with them, they look great! Thanks Steve!”

“I regularly by printed promotional items so I thought I would give the branded company a try based on the good value of a few of their products. The process of designing ordering and paying was made very simple and straightforward by the member I've staff I dealing with, Muzi Sacur. Through his precise coordination and quick, accurate responses to my many questions about the production of my jobs, I was made to feel comfortable and confident that my tight deadlines could be adhered to. As previously mentioned I regularly purchase items of this type but rarely do I find a member of staff who is such an asset to his company. I will definitely being returning on this basis.”

“We ordered some drawstring bags, torches and air fresheners customised with our logos from The Branded Company (we needed some good value products that we can give away on our stand) and couldnt be happier with both the quality of the product and the excellent customer service. Sam was AMAZING! The help we received was invaluable and the communication was second to none. We were kept up-to-date with progress reports and the turnaround time was unbelievable. “I reached out to Branded with an urgent piece of work that crossed over the bank holiday (i.e. fewer days to provide the order). Ramsey at Branded made sure I was aware of the deadlines and chased me to get the artwork approved in time. We had a challenge with delivery and Ramsey stepped up to get me the merchandise before my event. I would recommend Branded.”

“Sam Lane provided exceptional support and assistance throughout my order process. His responsiveness to my inquiries was remarkable; he promptly addressed every question I had. Despite needing the products by a very tight deadline, Sam went above and beyond to coordinate with the production company, ensuring that my order was not only confirmed but also delivered a day earlier than expected. Although the branding color didn't match our specifications (we requested white branding and we were provided silver branding), the product itself met our requirements, and we decided to proceed with the order.
