“I dealt with Muzi and I have to say he delivered on everything he promised. We were up against a tight timetable for receipt of the things we ordered but Muzi put us at ease and convinced us that he would meet the deadline - and he did. He also price matched , but it was the confidence he gave us that was the factor that convinced us to use The Branded Company. Muzi was a pleasure to deal with and returned calls promptly - he is a credit to your company”

“Sam was brilliant from start to finish! He was very fast at responding to any queries or questions I had. Our company had quite a tight deadline which id have understood if they weren't able to get the product to us in time but they arrived the day before we needed them! The whole company absolutely love the product, very high quality for a very reasonable price! I would highly recommend to any company that is wanting branded products to add just that little bit extra to their brand!”

“We’ve had a range of merchandise from The Branded Company recently and everything has been brilliant! We recently ordered some bags and a mix up at the factory meant we received the wrong product, Ethan made sure the error was corrected and got the right bags send to us super quick! Nothing is too much trouble and Ethan sends regular updates throughout the whole process. So glad we found The Branded Company and will definitely be using them for future branded products. Thank you 😊”

“Drew and Muzi are a credit to the company, really nice guys to work with. There was a problem with DPD where they did not leave a Card when they tried to deliver. As soon as I made the team aware of the issue they actioned it straight away just in time for my event. Highly recommend! Cinderella was able to go to the ball :)”

“I've worked with The Branded Company 3 times in the last 12 months to produce bespoke enamel pin badges and the service I have received has always been to the highest standard. The badges themselves are of excellent quality, as well as the price and speed at which they've been turned around. Similarly, the customer service I have received from Sam Lane on all 3 occasions has always been exceptional; Sam has gone out of the way to answer all my questions and requests, and has been very helpful every time we've spoke.”
