“The quoting process with The Branded Company was really good, Drew was very helpful and informative. We received the bottles and notepads pretty quickly and the products are great. We also ordered Pens and a tablecloth which have yet to be received and we had little communication from Drew as to when we would get delivery. As Drew is away on holiday Musi has taken over looking into getting the rest of our order to us. He has been fantastic at communicating what is happening with the order and getting the correct proofs over to me. Couldn't be happier with the service provided by Musi after waiting a long time for the other half of the delivery to get to us.”

“I came to the Branded Company as I had a bad experience with another company who left me with little time to start an order and complete it as they had taken so long to sort. I was passed from person to person (at least 5 people) and no result or final product after a month of emails and calls. I was now against a deadline so I contacted your company and Muzi Sacur answered my call and within minutes had not only sorted a solution but promised I would be the only one I had to deal with, he also followed up frequently either by call or email. He tried hard to get the product that I wanted and when he knew we couldn't turn it around in time as there was a tight deadline, he found a solution and the product arrived ahead of time. It was a pleasure to work with him, and I will come back. You have a good employee in Mazu he is efficient, and professional and seems to genuinely care about the customer.”

“I recently ordered some promotional mugs for a community event; this was a first-time initiative for me and we had a very short time to get everything done. Dylan Patel was friendly, helpful and professional to deal with, gave really good advice about how to proceed, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had our mugs on time. I was really pleased with the goods we purchased, the price, and above all the care that was taken. Even though it was a very small order, we were treated like an important and valued customer.”

“Steve was exceptionally helpful. I needed to send some merchandise to the Isle of Man but had a very short lead time. Steve was great, and very quick to send back the design for approval.
