“Steve Worthy was brilliant with his customer service throughout, he was always easy to get hold of. After I gave him such a short turnaround time of when I needed the products this was not difficult for Steve and he pulled it off brilliantly for my team to have delivered products on time and of high quality. We will definitly use this business again, Sophie Coventry University.”

“I couldn't be happier with the service and support we've received from The Branded Company. Our account manager Ethan Fahy(Sales Director) goes so far above and beyond to make sure we have exactly what we want, putting their like-for-like price beat promise into practice. So we always get the right products, at the right price, at the right time...when do all three ever happen at the same time?! Ethan always makes sure it does, so I couldn't be happier that I made the switch to The Branded Company. Communication from Ethan and the company is incredibly fast so I always know things will be turned around as quickly as possible, which is so helpful in our work environment of ever-changing requirements. On a personal level, Ethan is a pleasure to work with, and always look forward to our conversations quickly dissolving into laughter!”

“My order was done in a high standard. Ethan, who supported me, really did a great job. He answed my emails and respond in a second. Did everything that I asked for and even the delivery was before the expected time. Every one loved the project and the final look was amazing. More than what we asked for. “After being let down by numerous companies, I reached out to the Branded Company with a huge request in a short period of time. From the first correspondence, Steve Worthy was fantastic and professional in dealing with our request. As a big law society, we wanted some merchandise that was good quality, displaying our logo and our sponsor's logo. I simply sent this logo over to Steve who very kindly sent me designs throughout for approval. The entire process was so easy and fast. I cannot recommend this company enough. The quality is top notch and the design is exactly what we wanted, if not more! Delivery was right on time. Thank you for making our vision possible, and a huge thank you to Steve for your work and professionalism.”
