“We had a really wonderful experience working with The Branded Company this week - specifically Sam Lane, who responded to my enquiry ASAP, and helped to ensure printed mints and notebooks were dispatched within a tight 24-hour timeframe. It was because of his high attention to detail, and fast responses (organising the artwork and confirmation from suppliers within 3 hours turnover!) that we were able to organise giveaways at a recent high-level event at Comic Relief. “Brilliant communication and service. We were let down last minute by another company and I called and spoke to Muzi who was not only very helpful and polite he was efficient and sorted everything we needed even at such short notice, with no fuss - nothing was too much hassle. “I was assigned Muzi to look after my account. He couldn't have been more helpful every step of the way . I had lots of questions and he came back promptly each time , and was able to answer each one. I have ordered water bottles as our ski club gift this year. Muzi has shown me exactly what they will look like, and I know we are going to be thrilled. He has also made sure they will be delivered in the time frame required. He is an asset to the business.”

“Dan was great and helped me out with everything I needed. Some of the quality of the actual items (bags) wasn't as good as I had hoped but any issues were sorted really quickly. Delivery was fairly speedy and Dan worked really hard to pull out all the stops to get me stuff when I needed it. All in all, I would definitely use them again.”

“We dealt with Muzi who did an excellent job, the Mugs and bags we ordered arrived within a few days and they look fantastic. However, we did have a few broken mugs as the boxes are extremely heavy but once reported to Muzi our replacement mugs arrived within 2 days. Excellent Service from start to finish. Would recommend them and would use them again.”

“Great customer service, I was very struck by the human interaction in a world that is increasingly faceless / voiceless. Both from the initial phone call back from Muzi Sacur after I submitted an enquiry to check in and discuss my order to the follow up when there was a delay with delivery. It was refreshing to have a direct contact to work with and Muzi was polite, efficent and helpful throughout.”

“I wasn't initially sure where to find a great deal on some notepads, however I came across this website online. I liaised with a lady called Sam Lane who was absolutely excellent from the start. She was really friendly and very accurate with her descriptions of the product. The price finalized was brillant so I think this member of staff needs a pay rise - Quality service!”
