“We approached Sam when we were reaching out to several companies to provide us with a sample of some mugs that we intended to purchase for our care company. Sam responded quickly and efficiently, sending out samples and ensuring everything was to standard. We decided to proceed with The Branded Company, dealing directly with Sam, who was polite, engaging and helpful throughout. The delivery came a day earlier than planned, which was great. We unfortunately received a few broken items (no fault of The Branded Company, items were packaged well with a lot of 'FRAGILE' tape, the items were damaged during transit) and Sam immediately got this resolved for us and sent out replacements immediately. Sam always responded in a timely manner with great professionalism, and we hope to be in touch again when we have need. We would recommend to anyone looking for a fast and professional service, with quality items.”

“Sam at The Branded Company has been incredible when helping us order our new merchandise. We have ordered numerous times from Sam and every time the communication has been amazing. Delivery has been fast - especially when we needed it by a certain deadline. Ordering the merchandise is easy and we were really impressed with the attention to detail when receiving our sample proofs and how our brand identity was picked up on without us asking.
