“Brilliant service all round. Great communications. Understood our requirements - we needed plain white baseball caps for a Girlguiding event. A sample was sent out - perfectly met our requirements. a quote was sent to us - no hard sell or badgering. As soon as we were ready to order teh requirements were met - including sending out our 300 baseball caps in just six days! Can't recomend them enough”

“A potential issue with getting good value branded products is that they are likely to be manuafactored in some far flung place like China with plenty of opportunities for misunderstanding. Sam Lane of The Branded Company made sure that our order wasn't put into production until we were confident that the finished product would be exactly as we immagined it to be. That necessitated several messages and drafts exchanged between parties but the delivered product is perfect.”

“I've been using The Branded Company and Chet for several years now and I thank my lucky stars the day I found this company! I have had lots of branded goods, probably 4 or 5 a year of various descriptions and I haven't had anything produced that has been below quality, not made the dates promised, not found the communication with Chet A1. I just can't say enough about the company. You will not regret using them, do it!!”

“I needed customised bags for an prestige customer event. When another company let me down with 2 working days to go, I rang around a whole bunch of companies to desperately find a replacement. Muzi Sacur was an ABSOLUTE LIFESAVER. He rang me and had the proof to me for approval in less than an hour, and delivery in time for the event. I was under pressure to deliver and I truly appreciate how Muzi went above and beyond. I know who to use next time!”

“I found this company online and requested a quote which was given very quickly. They also offered a free visual of your product of choice showing what your branding would look like, a very helpful thing as I can’t visualise things easily. We also ordered some pocket tools and even though we had paid for it, it was then told to us that the specific item could not be branded and so with our request they refunded the money for those. We had ordered snoods and they arrived in time and look and feel great. I have to say Sam Lane, the sales director was very efficient in responding to my many emails and requests and over all, I found dealing with this company an absolute pleasure!!!”
