“We contacted Sam at The Branded Company as we were looking to have a number of designs made up for pin badges for students. Sam was very helpful, answering all of our questions quickly and professionally. The order was processed quickly and we received the goods within the time frame we requested. “It's been great working with Muzi Sacur, I really appreciated having the same contact throughout the process. He not only sourced a specific pen we were looking for not currently on your website but also beat the competitor’s price. The quick calls were good and added value to his fantastic service. “I ordered some custom badges with space for multiple different inserts. This required some explanation and review. Lou O'Keeffe took the lead, and managed this to completion through several iterations of design. I received my order today (the date I was given by Lou), and they're exactly what I needed.”

“My experience with this company has been excellent, right from the initial phone call to many emails later as I discussed our design options with Account Manager Lou O'Keefe. Lou was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and completely understood my request. I am delighted with our delivery of branded snoods for our Ultra Marathon Event and would highly recommend them for not only top class service, but high quality goods. Excellent all round.”

“Having been let down by another online company I was left searching frantically for someone that could turn my order around in 4/5 days. Lennon at the Branded Company was the man! “Many thanks to Ramsey for ensuring our event was a success after a rival company bailed from their commitment. I had a requirement for a number of items that suddenly became urgent. Following frustratingly bad communications The Branded Company was a pleasant contrast - especially so given that my requirement had suddenly become urgent. I received a response within 5 minutes of my initial enquiry and Ramsey was excellent with identifying products and arranging items to ensure delivery in time for the event. Would definitely recommend others if your requirement is or has suddenly become urgent!”
