“I needed some branded merchandise for an event and contacted The Branded Company. I was a bit indecisive; chopping and changing my mind on quantities, colours and items but Chet who was looking after my account always came back with low-cost alternatives if products weren’t in stock, numerous samples and different design options. Once I paid for the order the merchandise arrived within a week! Excellent customer service from Chet who went above and beyond to get the products spot on! I would highly recommend The Branded Company and will be using them again for future events and general office merchandise.”

“Absolutely fantastic service from Chet!!!! Will definitely be returning to The Branded Company again. I emailed The Branded Company on very short notice for tote bags and told them my budget and the deadline. Chet got back to me really quickly with a quote that fit my budget and assured me they could get me my order before my deadline. My order arrived so quickly and I'm really happy with the quality!! “Being in the industry for over 25 years I've found ordering branded merchandise pointed more and more towards on line ordering. Dealing with Ramsey at The Branded Company is such a refreshing change. Ramsey always returns calls, is happy to run through ideas and give advice on artwork, does his absolute best to meet deadlines (but never says he can do something he can't just to get an order) Orders have always been delivered on time with excellent communication throughout. I'm more than happy to rate the Branded Company and Ramsey 5 Stars.”

“This company were excellent. Extremely competitive with their pricing, nothing was too much trouble. Deliveries were well on time..in fact they came before the due date which is really good in these times. We ordered flower pens with our logo on for a School open evening. The quality of the pen and the printing on the pen was excellent. The children absolutely loved them. I would highly recommend this company.”

“My contact at Branded is Ramsey! He is always efficient and quick to react to our requests and is a delight to work with. I particularly like that he will always offer alternatives and recommend products we might like. We always feel well looked after and can relax and just wait for the orders to arrive without having to worry that products will arrive. I would highly recommend Ramsey and the Branded Company.”
