“I misunderstood a narrative box when I placed my order, so I wrote some instructions for colours to avoid in a box which was really for colours to be selected, so when the two shirts that I had order initially arrived they were in the colours that I had wanted to avoid. After a brief email to Surprise Shirts to explain my mistake the business could not do enough to help me to resolve the issue and this was all corrected very quickly. The shirts that I then received were brilliant, fabulous colours and design and both gone down very well. I can not praise and thank Surprise Shirts enough. Thank you”

“Only used these once, i made an error on sizing and hadn't read the returns policy properly, needing the shirt for Christmas the guys have made sure i get the shirt in time, will have an happy Boy now, highly recommend these. Andy”

“I purchased a childrens shirt for my sons birthday and when it arrived my son opened it to reveal a lovely shirt from FC Lazarote!! We were really happy as it occured to me that he's probably never going to see anyone else with that particular shirt on. It is also a clever marketing ploy to get rid of lower league shirts. I'll be using you again soon.”
