Sorry to see that your son wasn't a huge fan of the Alebrijes shirt we sent you. We specialise in obscure Surprise shirts from clubs around the world but if you did decide to order again, then you can say you want a more mainstream team and we'll be happy to oblige.

“The service and delivery was smooth and fast however the shirt i received was not a proper football shirt and was instead a cheap Nike academy shirt with a badge printed on. I understand these companies need to make money however i think that sending out something that isn’t even technically a football shirt is low.”

We always strive to ensure that every customer loves their Surprise Shirt. The Valenciennes shirt you received has been well liked by other Surprise Shirts customers and so we are sorry that you were hoping for something different.

“Quick delivery and good communications. Shirt was something of a surprise which was good and design is good. However, I had assumed for the price it would be a ‘premium’ brand such as Adidas, Umbro etc but it’s one of the cheaper brands which I guess is a possibility. I’m not a brand snob but it feels cheap too, nothing like my other football jerseys but more like cheap summer cycling gear. It’s alright I guess but I dunno , I paid less for example for my 2023 AC Milan away Jersey which I love. Would I get another suprise?? Maybe but I didn’t catch to bug of getting more of a premium shirt but from a league/ club I’ve not been aware of.”

Thanks for taking the time to provide important feedback Ian. We are sorry that the AS Armee shirt you received didn't meet your expectation. We chose that one as it didn't have any sponsors and you requested a shirt without significant sponsorship. We specialise in more obscure teams and shirts and as a consequence many of those shirts aren't from mainstream manufacturers. However if you were to place another order with us you could stipulate that you wanted a more mainstream shirt with a better known brand and we'll happily oblige. Rob

“Like the shirts I have received only had one amazing shirt the rest average ! My first shirt was class the rest have dropped off ! I do enjoy the randomness of the shirts just not the sizes I will continue my subscription but I would like the Ajax bob Marley 😘”

Thank you for the feedback. We don't guarantee a shirt and short package, very occasionally we are able to send both but our product is a Surprise Shirt rather than a full kit. We hope this helps to clarify.
