“I would like a refund please or a different shirt sent out , the Jersey was terrible and way cheaper then the price I paid for it , also i got a size XL and it dosnt fit a person size medium”

We're really sorry you didn't like the Fuenlabrada home shirt Rachel. They've been well received by our customers and so we are sad to see that you don't like the shirt. With regard to sizing, you ordered a XL shirt rather than a medium. We'll gladly switch the shirt to your desired size if you wish to return the Fuenlabrada shirt to us.

We're sorry to see you didn't like your Surprise Shirt Elaine. We've emailed you directly regarding your refund but we can assure you the Police Tero shirt was sourced directly from the manufacturer (FBT) in Thailand and is not a fake.

Hi Amanda We are absolutely gutted to see that your order was delayed (we've just checked and can see it has now been delivered this afternoon). It obviously got caught up in the Royal Mail backlog after Black Friday. If you ever do decide to order again please do get in touch in the event of a delay as that way we can do something about it. We were completely unaware of any delays until we saw your review. We hope you enjoy the two Surprise Shirts now that they've arrived.

The Alebrijes shirt we sent you is one of our most popular Surprise Shirts at the moment and regularly leads to customers leaving a 5 star review - we are just sorry that you were disappointed. “Size was different to what they said. So the large was actually giant! It said in delivery notes. We said no orange and it’s yellow but not far odd orange. Didn’t arrive in time for her friend to try it and he’s away ten days but returns limited to a week”

Sorry to see that the shirt we sent doesn't fit Lee - feel free to return it and we can process a refund for you. From experience the shirt we've sent is a standard 5XL fit and so we would recommend that you need a size bigger than 5XL. Unfortunately we don't supply shirts above 5XL but we will happily refund you

Hi Tommy As we source shirts from all over the world, many of them are differently sized to the standard sizing in the UK - for this reason we sometimes have to send shirts in different sizes to that requested. When doing this we include a size card in the box stating what we've done. The two shirts we've sent should be a perfect standard large fit if you try them on. However if they don't fit then of course we can switch them for you. We hope this helps. Please get in touch if there are any more problems. Rob

Really sorry to hear this Thomas but we are a little confused. The shirt we sent you was a Swedish side, IF Brommapojkarna - which we thought would be a really interesting FM22 save. It wasn't Mexican. When ordering you have the opportunity to say what you want to avoid and you left this blank, hence why we made the choice we did. We are sorry you are disappointed, we would probably suggest that the surprise concept isn't for you to be honest.

“I've not received the shirt. Had an email confirmation then a message from Hermes to say en route. Then another message from Hermes to say parcel delayed 24hours. That was 3 days ago!!”

“Shirts were extremely tight. I’m a causal fit XL or XXL I went for XXXL and it was Tightest tops I’ve had. Doesn’t match with size guide. XXXL top fitted my 13 Stone Brother”
