“Ordering and delivery were great, with a timely and efficient process. I would have awarded a 5 but one of the sleepers was damaged with a very visible chunk out of one of the ends. It should have been spotted and replaced before delivery.”

“Product all fine. Price Good. Delivery good. Delivery admin not so good. I got a message detailing when delivery would be. I telephoned asking if delivery could be 3 days later and was told "yes" but the e-confirmation did not relect the telephone conversation. 1 chat message and 3 more phone calls later with the same request eventually resulted in the correct e-confirmation being received. I think the commercial problem here is that you have outsourced your e-messaging service and it is letting you down leading to confused customers. Suggest you review the e-messaging service.”
