“It took 2.5 weeks for my order to be finally delivered. This is after Evri appeared to lose the first shipment. The second arrived in two batches about a week apart. I will not order from Suregreen again because they told me that they have no control over when the packages are delivered. Get a courier perhaps”

“24 oak sleepers, and 6 100x100 posts ordered, delivered on time, and friendly driver.only issue I had was 2 of the ends had a step , and needed to be trimmed square before fitting .”

“Excellent service. Load of 26 sleepers and 9 posts delivered as scheduled. Nice and early in the day. Driver Simon was very polite and helpful. Highly recommended supplier with good offers from time to time.”

“Fast delivery, but items were poorly packaged in just shrink wrap. As a result a lot of the garden canes were either crushed or split on arrival. Canes were advertised as minimal tapering, I found this not to be true. The canes were significantly thinner at one end. Pretty disappointing.”

“Not seen or heard of this delivery after 9 days, (this includes a weekend) and despite many emails and phone calls trying to find out when it might arrive, I am still none the wiser - there is a bank holiday this following weekend so thats another three days I won't see it then!! Not a happy customer. Jeff Clark”

“Their service is getting worse orders come out with materials missing my posts were covered in blue paint from a painted pallet go to east coast fencing same prices better materials.”

“THe order was dealt with promptly. Unfortunately i had to be away from home on the day for delibvery (Sunday 11 May) and my message to customer services did not reach the driver who had taken them to the wrong address at School Green Shinfield. The order was delivered sucessfully shortly after I conracted customer services.”
