“internet search turned up just what I wanted from Suregreen and at a fair price.The rigid metal,green plastic coated 6’x3’ fence sheets made excellent wall trellis plant supports for my climbers.Very prompt delivery to boot.”

“Ordered some garden mesh on Wednesday having checked the expected delivery time (5 to 7 working days). Mesh arrived on Friday. Very helpful staff and great service. Will definitely buy again.”

“Never answer the phone and emails always bounced back. At one point I thought the website was a scam. They eventually phoned me back via their callback service and I eventually received my order. Poor service but the product, when it arrived, is fine.”

“Ordered a tree stake with belt and came with 5 splits in it and only part of the belt. Contacted customer service and got quick response with promise to send another stake. This one was delivered to next door neighbours despite me being at home and them being out (appreciate that's delivery company and not Suregreen). Unfortunately replacement stake also has large splits in it but can't wait for another stake as tree guys here today to plant tree so will have to use the stake they will provide and charge for. My hope would be the products would be checked before dispatch and in particular the second one if it is a replacement for a faulty order.”

“I was delivered sleepers instead of gate posts ,on phoning about the mistake I was informed it was on the system for the sleepers to be picked up and the gate posts delivered. The receptionist was very apologetic but couldn’t say when this would happen, I am still waiting.”

“I purchased railway sleepers and contacted their customer service team to make sure the delivery would be left in our garden as wouldn't be home. I contacted again on the day and was told no notes had been left but they would be added again. Sure enough, the goods were left on our doorstep and not behind the garden gate as agreed.”
