“Very prompt service. The delivery charge was quite high but worth it as delivered by a SureGreen driver who was very friendly and unloaded the compost direct into my garage. The Melcourt compost is an excellent product.”

“My order was for 6 large sleepers. They arrived quickly and for the most part in good condition. One was a slightly less satisfactory than the rest. Delivery was on time and easily tracked. The delivery man was extremely helpful and good humoured. Over all a very good service.”

“Very pleased with the sleepers and plates brackets and screws, purchased for a project. Also the 8ft bamboo canes and netting ordered for the garden. All as advertised. I was called to arrange delivery. And tracking available on day of delivery. Very friendly driver. Ten out of ten all round”

“Overall a disappointing experience unfortunately. After ordering oak sleepers for a garden project, knowing they were pre-order we awaited information on their expected arrival in stock and delivery. No information was forthcoming, unless chased by ourselves. The order was finally delivered with no prior notice, despite all contact details having been updated to advise the original order details needed to be updated due to myself being out of the country, so my partner would receive them. These were confirmed by phone and online chat, but clearly not updated to the order number. On delivery, 4 of the 3m sleepers were of so poor quality they were unusable for the project so an exchange was requested, which was arranged, when they came back in stock. The defective sleepers were later collected, after the original delivery was broen down, as the driver is unabe to do this, and following many emails and messages, again at a number I had no access to due to being abroad. The collection driver even commented on the poor quality. It would appear trade receive the better quality products. Communication with Suregreen disappointing, with ourselves having to do a lot of chasing.”

“I received 1/2 of my order all good. Next day drive phone to say he had 2 of my panels and was dropping them off but they were damaged, said he didn't drop them the day before because of the damage, he had spoken to company and the said they had spoken to me and it was fine. They had not asked and it was not fine. Who would want damaged goods. I have message but no response. So not happy”
