“Suregreen had everything I needed to replace our fencing - and at a great price! Haven't erected the fencing as yet but panels and posts look really good quality. Have to say a massive thank-you to the two chaps who were incredibly helpful and cheerful in loading the goods onto our van - they were stars!”

“Ordered some sleepers online one evening, hoping they would be good quality. Got a call the following morning from the Suregreen team to arrange delivery. “Suregreen Limited are great. The only reason that I would hesitate before buying from them again is that they use Hermes as their courier. Hermes did not deliver on the day they said (by email) but instead sent a further email (late on delivery day) saying it would be the following day. They did not go to my front door but instead let themselves into my garage where they left the item. If I am told that I am getting a delivery on a particular date then I make arrangements to accommodate. When these arrangements are wasted then so is my time.”

“This is a bit of a mixed bag of pros and cons. In the summer I ordered approx. 20 sleepers (2.4m x 200mm x 100mm). Delivery time was about a week which was fine for me. They duly arrived on a truck with a tail lift and pallet truck, which proved to be a bit of a problem. However the driver moved heaven and earth to get the delivery on my drive and was successful. The sleepers were straight and in excellent condition, I was happy, so much so, I ordered another 20 sleepers. Again ordering was easy and delivery quick and even better this time as it was delivered on a Suregreen truck with a Hiab style crane, which was much easier to deliver onto my driveway. Unfortunately, this time the condition of the sleepers wasn't so good. Approx. 40% of them had rot to a greater or lesser degree. When I tried to lift them off the pallet, large chunks would break off in my hands and could be crumbled in my fingers. Considering they were supposed to be new with Tanalith preservative. I was not impressed. Pros:- Ease of ordering, price, delivery. Cons:- Inconsistant quality of product. You pays your money, you takes your chances.”

“I can't fault the service. I called first to ensure the gabions I wanted were in stock, they were so I ordered them online. I drove to Suregreen to pick them up, the order was being processed when I arrived. I didn't have to wait very long before the fork lift brought them to my vehicle, the driver helped me load the gabions.”
