“No mention when I was ordering that the stick was not at yard and waiting to be replenished. Has cost me money and upset a customer. Won’t be recommending this company to ANYONE!!!!”

Hi Adam, I'm really sorry you feel this way. I can see when your order was placed on our website, the product was showing a Pre-Order button, meaning stock was too low to fulfil your order.
