“Delivery as scheduled and confirmed for yesterday. 2 Landscaping workers on site today without sleepers being delivered. I have to pay them for no work done due to delivery problems.”

Good Morning Franzwa, We do try and make it as clear as possible before ordering that orders can take 5-7 working days for delivery and that the pallet company we use will call you to book a date that is convinient for yourself as they require 2 people to offload the goods. In this instance your order was placed with us on the 2nd of August and was dispatched the same day, as discussed with you on the 4th of August we advised that the email you had received from us was not to advise delivery was being made, this was a dispatch email to let you know the goods had left our warehouse and was on the way to your local depot.
