“What a breath of fresh air to buy materials from a company and after inspection of materials finding some faults I contacted the customer service team and within a few days my damaged materials where replaced. I would highly recommend Suregreen and will be using them again in the future.”

“I wasn’t happy with the last order that I had delivered to my house. The Quality of wood was dreadful and I payed a lot off money for it. Yes they had probably the best deal at the time, but I’ve had better from them previously.”

“We had a problem with repeated failed deliveries by the courier, which wasn't Suregreen's fault at all, but as soon as I contacted Suregreen they were very responsive and ensured it was resolved very quickly and courteously, and refunded the delivery fee without question. Every other aspect of the transaction was flawless. I'd have no hesitation in ordering from them again.”
