“Probably not there fault but items did not arrive in the time frame so I needed to chase it up but finally required a refund,it's difficult for a company to keep track of a order but something needs to be put in place so the customer is kept informed instead of the customer needing to keep track of the delivery”

“Having ordered a 25m galvanised wire fence role we were offered 2 x 12.5m as a substitute which was fine. On delivery, sadly one was missing, a slight hiccup in the Ops department. Excellent customer service followed with a next day pallet delivery with the missing roll. We are all human and sometimes make mistakes, it's how you deal with them that matters. Excellent service, great pricing and great range of products. Thank you.”
