“Such poor service would never use again. Promised D X 3 day delivery and paid £25for it. Now 6 days and advised DX not had goods. Complete lies as D X tracking shows recieved on 10/2//25 Don't know who is lying but taken my money”

“Suregreen was great for my purchase as it was easy to order from and the delivery was easy, kept me informed with the time and he helpfully carried it round to the back garden for me which is where I needed it. I need some more bags of the slate chippings so will be ordering again from you soon.”

“Can't fault the service from start to finish. Was kept informed about my order right up to the time it was delivered. The delivery driver was more than helpful with the delivery. I was prepared to have him leave my order outside the gate but he insisted on leaving the order where I wanted it. Excellent service.5 stars is not enough.”
