“I ordered mine since I had a friend in the UK that hatched peacocks with it. First I could not use it until I bought a box that would I could plug it in the way they plug in the UK. After I realized that, used it. I had to buy the rocker extra. When you get too much water on one side, it leaks out on the table. It was very different. I did hatch a couple but it was a lot easier and trusted in the 360 Nutrisystem. All I did was zip-tied a couple so eggs would fit.”

Furthermore, I was not aware that you were experiencing these problems and I am very sorry that you did not receive a converter plug with your incubator, that was a mistake on our end. Regarding the water issue, there must be too much water in the reservoirs during incubation. The idea is to fill one side of the reservoir 50% during incubation and fill the remainder at hatching time (when the cradle is not being used). Due to your inconvenience, we would like to offer you a partial refund of your order and a voucher for your next purchase with us. We always endeavour to do our utmost for each customer, and on this occasion, we are very sorry for letting you down. “This is a very reliable company. I have bought 3 incubators, plus other items, from them, and before I bought, asked for, and got very sound advice. They didn't try to sell me something that wouldn't suit me. Excellent advice, for free, whether I bought or not. The prices are very competitive, and cheaper than some others. Straightforward, honest company, which I have no hesitation in recommending for any poultry related supplies.”
