“A beautiful, high quality product. My dog looks so smart and it is so comfortable to hold. The customer service is great, too, there was a delay (it didn’t feel like much!) and they kept me updated. It feels so great to receive updates on what stage my product was in - a great touch to the whole experience.”

“I did not realize it was made to order, so would have chosen different colours. Also the metal clip is difficult to use and I keep pinching my fingers in the clip Therefore have not used it yet”
