“Shipping took a little longer than expected but after talking with chat assistant she assured me my package would arrive and it shipped that day. Packaged super lovely treats in the box and all I was very pleasantly surprised!!”

“I purchased the Debonair Collection, Luxury Dog Collar. Firstly the service was superb, communication quick and helpful and the delivery (I paid for express) very quick. The collar was luxury, beautiful feel looked amazing and most importantly was comfortable for the dog he stopped pawing his collar as he had with his previous one. Very very impressed and will be back. Thank you.”

“stocky & Dee’s products are beautiful, all can dee that. But the customer service is something that needs mentioning, my puppy was coming sooner than anticipated and the team made sure I had my order earlier then it was intended to arrive so my puppy had her pieces! They went above and beyond! Thank you S&D ❤️”

They are also happy to create bespoke items tailored to individual requirements. I purchased the treat pouch, poo bag holder, and a crossbody bag in the Knightsbridge design. The bag was made especially for me, as this design isn’t usually available in the crossbody style. I love the look and receive many compliments on all the items, so much so that I am now planning to purchase a matching dog collar for my Japanese Shiba Inu.”
